They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Delivery

Delivery is free for all items purchased on this website and all purchases will be dispatched within 48hrs of sale and a email will be received confirming this. We will use the services of Royal Mail or DPD Courier to deliver your goods using a tracked 24/48 hour service, so good should be received within 5 working days of placing order. We will take full responsibility and liability should your item be delayed/lost in transit/misrouted for whatever reason and all further costs in ensuring item is received by you will be covered by us.

Return and Refund Policy

We are happy to accept returns or exchanges, however we ask you contact us within 14 days of delivery and send the items back within 30 days and the item is in the same condition it was sent.

If you decide you no longer require the item or want to amend the order after purchasing and before dispatching please let us know and we will cancel/amend the order for you and send you a full refund.

Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. We cannot accept returns unless we have been contacted beforehand, If you wish to return an item, any return postage costs are your responsibility.
